We could not be more excited about the launch of our new menu in TR’s Restaurant and Lounge! The menu is the creation of Chef Mickey, who recently joined our team after spending the past eight years at George’s Restaurant in Lake George, a well renown steakhouse in the area which won LakeGeorge.com’s “Best of” for dining in Lake George each of the last three years.
The menu update is a full-on overhaul to both our lunch and dinner offerings that showcase our new kitchen’s culinary expertise with unique and delicious dishes. From seafood to steak to vegan options, you’ll be able to satisfy your appetite however you see fit. During the lunch hours Cajun Mahi Mahi Tacos are already a popular dish among those who have tried it, as well as a healthy Vegan Pita filled with grilled zucchini, squash, bell peppers, portabella mushrooms, tomato, and onion with a delicious basil vinaigrette.
For dinner the Chef has put on some of his personal favorite seafood dishes, like Bronzed Sea Scallops in a chimmichurri, a Shrimp Scampi in a light lemon white wine sauce over pasta, and delicious fresh Cold Water Lobster Tails. On the beef side of things we now offer three delicious steaks including our ‘Rough Rider” Grade A Center Cut Top Sirloin, a tender 80z Choice Grade Filet Mignon, and a 14oz Certified Premium USDA Prime New York Strip that is absolutely mouth watering.
For appetizers there’s a little of everything including a crab cake thats worthy of the title “Maryland Crab Cake”, and pan seared Ahi Tuna over a Wakame Salad that is delicious!
