Our COVID-19 Response

Dear valued Holiday Inn Resort guests,

Your safety and satisfaction is always our top priority. As we move through the COVID-19 crisis, we have imposed enhanced procedures to protect our guests and employees. To ensure a heightened level of safety and security, we have implemented the following:

Enhanced cleaning protocols. In all areas of the resort our housekeeping team is working diligently to sanitize all high touch areas in the public spaces on an hourly basis. In addition to our standard guest room cleaning practices, the housekeeping staff has adopted additional procedures for disinfecting all touch points in the room with CDC approved sanitizing chemicals.

Social Distancing. The resort team is actively practicing social distancing, and asking our valued guests to do the same while visiting. Our spacious rooms and sprawling seven acres enable our guests to relax, at a safe distance from others.

Use of Personal Protective Equipment. Team members will be provided with masks and gloves during their work shifts in accordance with NYS and CDC rules & regulations. We ask that guests follow CDC & DOH guidelines on the use of face coverings while in public as required.

Cancellation Policy & Flexible Booking. Stays up until June 30 are able to be cancelled or modified with no penalty to our guests.

Alternative Check-In Options. “Zero-Touch Check-in Available”. Paperless check-in at the front desk while practicing social distancing or the option to contact the front desk staff and they will come outside to you.

Flexible Housekeeping. In-stay services will be provided only upon request. Full service is available when the guest is not present in the room. An alternate option of a “zero-touch” amenity drop off is available for guests seeking supplies without service.

Food & Beverage. As we enter the necessary phases of the New York Forward plan, seating capacity will be limited to enable social distancing in accordance with NYS DOH & CDC guidelines. While we are introducing additional outdoor dining available upon request, we ask that guests please make dining reservations for breakfast and dinner or utilize our “zero-touch” room-service that is available 7am-9pm every day.

Fitness Center. In addition to following the New York Forward plan, maximum occupancy for the fitness center is limited to two guests at a time. We ask that guests utilize equipment for a maximum of thirty minutes to enable other guests to exercise. Sanitizing wipes available to clean equipment.

Pool Area. Sanitizing wipes will be provided in the pool area to disinfect seating for guests. Seating will be organized to provide social distancing between guests.

Kids Activities. We have reimagined our popular kids activities to accommodate heightened cleanliness procedures and social distancing.

Nightly movies. We feel it is important guests can enjoy some of their favorite activities in safe ways, that is why every night this summer a movie will be projected on a screen visible from guest room patios and balconies. Spaced seating will be available on the lawn for guests without view rooms.

Managers Reception. We are here to serve you. We will continue our regularly scheduled Manager Receptions during the summer, and to accommodate public health our management team will provide you with portioned appetizers and refreshments. We ask our guests to practice social distancing during receptions.

As we continue to move through this unprecedented time, remember that we are all in this together. For your safety, continue to practice social distancing, frequent hand washing, avoiding unnecessary touching, and abiding by implemented procedures on site.
